Kenpai Technology's "Domain Infringement and Abuse" Complaint Reporting Process
I. Domain Abuse Violations
If the domain is used for private servers, pornography, phishing websites, or other clearly illegal applications, please submit it to us for handling according to the following method.

II. Domain Infringement
For complaints about infringement or imitation of your company's website or products, please handle them according to the following requirements and procedures.

2. Processing Period: We will respond within 2 working days after receiving the relevant documents.
3. Required Documents from You
1) Please provide your qualification materials, such as business license, trademark certificate, organization code certificate, or ID document signed by the legal representative. To ensure document security, it is recommended to add watermarks.
2) Please provide ownership proof: such as copyright registration certificate, trademark registration proof
3) Please specify what the infringing content on the related website is: website name, registered trademark, legal person information, contact information, etc.
4) Please take screenshots of the infringing content and attach them.
III. National Domain Complaints
National domains refer to China's national top-level domains ".CN" and ".中国". The China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) has set up a domain registration service quality supervision and complaint hotline and email:

Relevant laws and regulations and required materials for complaints:
According to Article 42 of the E-Commerce Law of the People's Republic of China, intellectual property rights holders who believe their intellectual property rights have been infringed upon have the right to notify e-commerce platform operators to take necessary measures such as deletion, blocking, disconnection of links, termination of transactions, and services. The notification should include preliminary evidence of infringement.
Reputation or Personal Privacy Rights: If the website link content involves private servers or violates third-party reputation or personal privacy rights, the complainant must provide us with an effective business license and legal representative ID document stamped with the official seal. For individuals, please provide valid identification documents.
Fraud, Phishing: If the website link content involves phishing or impersonation of others' websites, the complainant must provide us with an effective business license and legal representative ID document stamped with the official seal, along with clear screenshots that can determine fraud. If you have already been defrauded, we recommend immediately reporting it to the police and providing us with a copy of the police report.
Trademark Infringement: If the website link content involves trademark infringement, the complainant must provide us with an effective business license and legal representative ID document stamped with the official seal, as well as a trademark registration certificate issued by the National Trademark Office.
Note: If the domain name itself involves trademark issues, please contact the authorized domain dispute resolution arbitration institution of CNNIC or ICANN. Domain registration service providers do not directly accept such complaints from rights holders; we will process them according to procedures after receiving notifications from arbitration institutions.
Copyright Infringement: If the website link content involves copyright infringement, including but not limited to film copyrights, article copyrights, image copyrights, computer software copyrights, etc., the complainant must provide us with an effective business license and legal representative ID document stamped with the official seal, as well as a copyright certificate issued by a national authoritative administrative body.
Patent Infringement: If the website link content involves patent infringement, the complainant must provide us with an effective business license and legal representative ID document stamped with the official seal, as well as a patent certificate issued by the National Intellectual Property Administration.
Private Servers: If the website link content involves private servers, the complainant must provide us with an effective business license and legal representative ID document stamped with the official seal, as well as game ownership proof or official game authorization proof.
Special Notes:
The complainant/reporter must ensure that the statements and submitted materials are true, valid, and legal. If false information causes any direct or indirect losses to the complained party or other third parties, the complainant/reporter should bear all legal consequences and joint liability arising from requesting us to handle the domain.
