Kenpai International "Domain Infringement and Abuse" Complaint and Reporting Process
I. Domain Abuse Violations
If a domain involves obviously illegal applications such as private servers, pornography, phishing websites, etc., please submit it to our company for handling in the following ways.
Processing method: Submit report content online

3. Processing cycle: After our company receives the relevant materials, we will complete the acceptance and disposal within 2-5 working days.
4. Materials you need to provide: Clear proof of complaints, such as communication records, payment vouchers, violation screenshots, etc. (Please note: If the materials you provide are incomplete, it may lead to longer acceptance time or acceptance failure).
II. Domain Infringement
For complaints about infringement and counterfeiting of your company's websites, products, etc., please handle according to the following requirements and procedures.

Please follow the platform prompts to submit complete relevant reporting information, and ensure that the complaint email can receive emails normally.
2. Processing Cycle
After our company receives the relevant materials, we will complete the acceptance and disposal within 2-5 working days.
3. You need to provide the following complete supporting materials in the attachments of the reporting platform
1) Please provide your qualification materials: such as business license, trademark certificate, organization code certificate or legal person-signed ID information. To ensure data security, it is recommended to add watermarks.
2) Please provide your ownership proof: such as copyright registration certificate, trademark registration certificate, etc.
3) Please explain specifically what the infringing content of the relevant website is: website name, registered trademark, legal person information, contact information, etc.
4) Please take screenshots of the infringing content and add them to the attachments
5) Please note: If the materials you provide are incomplete, it may lead to longer acceptance time or acceptance failure
III. National Domain Complaints
Country domains refer to China's country code top-level domains ".CN" and ".中国". The China Internet Network Information Center has established a supervision hotline and email for domain registration service quality:

Relevant laws and regulations and material requirements for complaints:
According to Article 42 of the "E-Commerce Law of the People's Republic of China", if the intellectual property rights holder believes that their intellectual property rights have been infringed, they have the right to notify the e-commerce platform operator to take necessary measures such as deletion, blocking, disconnection, termination of transactions and services. The notice shall include preliminary evidence of infringement.
Please provide the following materials in the complaint email:
Name rights or personal privacy rights: Website link access content involving private servers involves infringement of third-party name rights or personal privacy rights. The complainant needs to provide our company with valid business license and legal person ID proof stamped with a seal. If it is an individual, please provide valid ID proof documents.
Fraud, phishing: Website link access content involving phishing or counterfeiting others' websites and other fraudulent behavior. The complainant needs to provide our company with valid business license and legal person ID proof stamped with a seal, as well as clear screenshots that can determine fraud. If it has already been reported as fraud, it is recommended to report to the police immediately and provide our company with a police report.
Trademark infringement: Website link access content involving trademark infringement. The complainant needs to provide our company with valid business license and legal person ID proof stamped with a seal, as well as trademark registration certificates issued by the National Trademark Office.
Note: If the trademark issue involved in the domain name itself: need to contact the domain name dispute resolution arbitration institution authorized by the China Internet Network Information Center or the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers to initiate an arbitration application. The domain name registration service provider does not directly accept complaints from the rights holder for this type of complaint. After our company receives the email notification from the arbitration institution, it will be processed according to the procedure.
Copyright infringement: Website link access content involving copyright infringement, including but not limited to film and television works copyright, article and novel copyright, image works copyright, computer software copyright works copyright, etc. In addition to providing our company with valid business license and legal person ID proof stamped with a seal, the complainant needs to provide copyright certificates issued by national authoritative administrative management institutions.
Patent infringement: Website link access content involving infringement of your patent rights. The complainant needs to provide our company with valid business license and legal person ID proof stamped with a seal, as well as patent certificates issued by the National Intellectual Property Administration.
Private Servers: Website link access content involving private servers. The complainant needs to provide our company with valid business license and legal person ID proof stamped with a seal, as well as game ownership proof or official game authorization proof.
Special Notes:
The complainant/reporter should ensure that the statements and submitted materials are true, valid, and legal. If any direct or indirect loss is caused to the complained party or any third party due to false information, the complainant/reporter shall bear all legal consequences and joint and several liabilities arising from the request to our company to handle the domain name in accordance with relevant laws.
