Kenpai Technology Service Terms
In the following terms, "User" refers to individuals or entities that apply for membership with Kenpai Technology (hereinafter referred to as "Kenpai Technology").
The user agrees that these online registration terms have the same legal binding force as personally signed and stamped written terms. The user further agrees that entering the Kenpai Technology membership registration process means agreeing to all the contents of this registration agreement, and only users who fully agree to all service terms and complete the registration process can become official users of Kenpai Technology. This registration agreement becomes legally binding between the user and Kenpai Technology from the date of successful registration.

1. Overview of Kenpai Technology Services

2. User Identity Assurance
1. Users commit and guarantee that they are natural persons, legal entities, organizations, or entities with full civil capacity and rights. Users ensure that the information provided is true, accurate, complete, and timely, without any misleading or false statements, and that Kenpai Technology can contact the user through the provided contact information. Users must comply with real-name requirements and complete real-name verification according to Kenpai Technology's methods and requirements.
2. Users should promptly complete video real-name authentication or provide necessary identity documents as required by Kenpai Technology for related services; otherwise, Kenpai Technology has the right to refuse to provide services to the member or user.
3. Users commit to updating their user information to maintain its validity.
4. If the information provided contains inaccuracies or falsehoods, Kenpai Technology reserves the right to cancel the user's membership and terminate services at any time.
5. Agents registering on behalf of others must provide detailed information and authorization documents for both the agent and the principal. Without such documents, Kenpai Technology will consider the registrant as the member.
6. Users cannot request refunds due to refusal of real-name verification.
3. Notifications and Delivery
1. Users must ensure and maintain the authenticity and validity of their information. If the information is false or invalid, resulting in delays in receiving notifications, customer service, complaints handling, dispute resolution, technical support, etc., the user bears full responsibility.
2. Users should send notifications to Kenpai Technology using the contact information published on the official website, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Kenpai Technology may periodically send business notifications, service tips, verification messages, and marketing advertisements via web announcements, emails, SMS, instant messaging tools, etc. These notifications may significantly impact users' rights and obligations, so users should pay close attention.
4. Notifications sent electronically, including announcements, SMS, emails, system messages, and instant messaging software like WeChat, are considered delivered upon successful transmission. Written notifications sent by mail are considered delivered five days after posting.
5. Both parties must ensure the accuracy of their contact information, and notifications are deemed delivered upon sending.
4. Membership Confirmation
1. After successful registration, users will receive a username and password, allowing them to access Kenpai Technology's services.
2. Users are responsible for the security of their usernames and passwords and for all activities conducted under their accounts. Users can change their passwords according to Kenpai Technology's procedures.
3. Usernames and passwords cannot be transferred or authorized to others without written consent from Kenpai Technology; otherwise, users bear all consequences.
4. Users must immediately notify Kenpai Technology if they suspect any unauthorized use of their account or security vulnerabilities.
5. Modification of Service Terms and System Revisions
1. Users agree to comply with these service terms and any relevant management norms and procedures displayed on the service page. Users acknowledge that the content of these agreements may change. If any changes occur, Kenpai Technology will announce the modified content via web pages, internal messages, emails, WeChat, or SMS at least 10 days in advance. If users disagree with the changes, they can contact Kenpai Technology to negotiate solutions, such as continuing under the original terms until the end of the service period or terminating the service early. If no agreement is reached, the original terms will apply until the end of the service period. If users continue using Kenpai Technology's services without contacting Kenpai Technology, it is considered acceptance of the changes.
6. Rights and Obligations of Users
1. Users have the right to own their usernames and passwords and use them to log into the member area of the Kenpai Technology website.
2. Users have the right to enjoy internet technology and information services provided by Kenpai Technology and receive technical support, consultations, and other services as described in the product introductions.
3. Users must not disrupt or damage Kenpai Technology's website or other clients' websites using technical or other means.
4. Users must respect the intellectual property rights and other legal rights of Kenpai Technology and third parties and protect Kenpai Technology and its stakeholders from harm caused by illegal activities. Kenpai Technology reserves the right to terminate services and withhold refunds if users infringe on intellectual property rights.
5. Users are responsible for any consequences resulting from incorrect or insecure contact information provided to Kenpai Technology, including missed notifications and associated losses.
6. Users must comply with national and local laws, industry practices, and social morals when using Kenpai Technology's services. They must not store, publish, or disseminate illegal content, political propaganda, confidential information, obscene materials, gambling-related content, or harmful information. Users must not facilitate such activities for others. Kenpai Technology reserves the right to terminate services and withhold refunds if users violate these rules and cause harm to Kenpai Technology.
7. Users must not exploit bugs or external tools to gain unfair advantages on the Kenpai Technology platform.
8. To comply with regulatory requirements or protect the rights of Kenpai Technology and users, Kenpai Technology may impose functional restrictions on accounts (e.g., freezing login, restricting domain transfers, or blocking withdrawals). Users should promptly contact Kenpai Technology to resolve issues; otherwise, they bear any resulting losses.
7. Rights and Obligations of Kenpai Technology
1. Kenpai Technology provides qualified network technology and information services based on the services selected by users and the payments made.
2. Kenpai Technology commits to maintaining confidentiality of user data and not disclosing it to third parties unless:
a) Required by the terms of this agreement or other agreements between the user and Kenpai Technology;
b) Required by law;
c) Required by administrative or judicial authorities;
d) Agreed by the user;
e) Necessary for resolving reports or litigation;
f) Necessary to prevent serious illegal or criminal activities;
g) Necessary for providing products, services, or information to users through third-party technology and services.
3. Kenpai Technology has the right to use user data.
4. Kenpai Technology has the right to review users and decide whether to accept them as members or engage in transactions.
5. Kenpai Technology reserves the right to terminate services and user accounts if users violate laws or this agreement and does not assume responsibility for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
6. Prepaid amounts by users can only be used to purchase related products and cannot be refunded as cash.
8. Termination of Services
1. Kenpai Technology has the right to cancel one or more services based on actual circumstances but will refund the remaining balance paid by the user. Beyond this, Kenpai Technology assumes no additional responsibility.
2. Users must comply with Kenpai Technology's anti-spam policies and not engage in spam-related activities, including sending spam emails using Kenpai Technology's servers, referencing Kenpai Technology's servers or IP addresses in spam emails, selling email lists, using email search software, mass-mailing software, or including registered domain information in spam emails. Kenpai Technology may immediately terminate services and cancel membership if users are involved in spam activities, regardless of whether the service is paid or free.
9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
1. Any disputes arising from these terms should be resolved through friendly negotiations. If negotiations fail, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Wuhou District People's Court of Chengdu City, Sichuan Province.
2. The validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this agreement are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and industry standards.
10. Force Majeure
1. Neither party is liable if performance of this agreement becomes impossible, unnecessary, or meaningless due to force majeure or other unforeseen events.
2. Force majeure and unforeseen events include objective events that cannot be foreseen, overcome, or avoided and have significant impacts on one or both parties, such as natural disasters (floods, fires, earthquakes, epidemics, storms) and social events (wars, riots, government actions).
3. Users agree that hacker attacks, internet connectivity interruptions, and system failures are considered force majeure, and Kenpai Technology is not liable for any losses incurred by users or third parties.
11. Miscellaneous
1. If any clause of this agreement is deemed invalid by an authoritative body, it does not affect the validity of other clauses or the interpretation, breach liability, and dispute resolution provisions.
2. If one party changes its notification address or contact information, it must promptly inform the other party; otherwise, it bears all consequences.
Users hereby confirm that they have read and understood the above membership registration terms and voluntarily enter the online registration process, accepting all terms and conditions.
If there are discrepancies between the service descriptions, price explanations, and order confirmation pages on www.kenpai.net and this service agreement, this service agreement prevails.
