Legal Statement
1. Rights Ownership
1. The logo of Kenpai Technology, "Kenpai Technology", "kenpai.net", and other graphics and combinations, as well as other identifiers of Kenpai Technology and names of Kenpai Technology services, are registered trademarks of Kenpai Technology in China. Without written authorization from Kenpai Technology, no one may display, use, or handle them in any way (including but not limited to copying, disseminating, displaying, mirroring, uploading, downloading), nor claim the right to do so.
2. All intellectual property rights of products, services, technologies, and all programs (hereinafter collectively referred to as "technical services") provided by the Kenpai Technology website belong to Kenpai Technology or their respective owners.

1. Scope of Application
1. This Privacy Policy applies to all services provided by the Kenpai Technology website. Services include providing page browsing, website login services, and technical services through the Kenpai Technology website.
2. This Privacy Policy does not apply to services provided by other third parties.
3. It should be noted that if you use Kenpai Technology's technical services to provide services to your users, because your business data belongs to you, you should separately agree on a privacy policy with your users.

1. Helping You Become Our Member
1) When you create an account on the Kenpai Technology website, you need to choose a membership type (individual or enterprise) and provide us with a username, company name, and contact person's name (for real-name authentication and invoicing), set and confirm your login password, provide a usable email address, region (country, province, city), and a mobile phone number within the People's Republic of China. Your mobile phone number is used for registration, login, binding accounts, password recovery, accepting verification codes, and receiving business notifications (such as service expiration notices, service changes, policy updates, etc.) or conducting business communications.
2) If you only need to use basic services such as browsing and searching, you do not need to register as a member or provide the above information.
3) If you already have an Alipay, WeChat, or QQ account, you can use it to log into the Kenpai Technology website. We will not synchronize real-name information from these third-party accounts; they are only linked for quick login.
2. Providing Technical Services
The information you provide to us includes:
1) According to Chinese law, when using specific technical services, you should provide your real identity information through your account. After registering an account, go to "Management Center - Account Management - Real-name Authentication" and submit corresponding real-name materials based on your account type. If the original account information is inaccurate, follow the process to update it.
2) Before using services like domain registration or filing, according to Chinese law, Kenpai Technology will display the information you need to submit via the website. If you do not use certain services, you do not need to provide related information.
Information we collect during your use of the services:
3) Device Information: Based on the permissions you grant during software installation and usage, we receive and record device-related information (e.g., device model, operating system version, device settings, unique device identifiers, etc.) and location-related information (e.g., IP address, GPS location, Wi-Fi access points, Bluetooth, and base station sensor information). We may associate these two types of information to provide consistent services across different devices.
4) Log Information: When you use our website or client services, we automatically collect detailed usage logs, including search queries, IP addresses, browser type, telecom operator, language, access date and time, and visited web pages.
5) Note that standalone device information and log information cannot identify specific individuals. If we combine this non-personal information with other information to identify specific individuals or use it with personal information, we will anonymize or de-identify the information unless we obtain your consent or are required by law.

3. We use the information you submit and we collect for the following purposes:
1) To provide services (e.g., real-name authentication information and phone numbers for receiving verification codes are prerequisites for continued service).
2) To maintain and improve services (e.g., business contact phone numbers and emails are used for receiving business notifications and communications).
3) To recommend products to you within the limits allowed by law;
4) To enhance the security of services provided by us, our affiliates, and partners, protect you or others from harm, prevent phishing, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, and intrusions, and accurately identify violations of laws or Kenpai Technology's agreements and rules. We may use your member information, integrate device information, network logs, and information shared by our affiliates and partners to assess account and transaction risks, verify identities, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis, and response measures;
5) If we intend to use your information for purposes beyond those stated at the time of collection or beyond direct or reasonable association, we will inform you and seek your explicit consent.
3. Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure of User Information
1. Sharing
We will not share your user information with other organizations or individuals except in the following cases:
1) With Explicit Consent: We will share your user information with other parties only after obtaining your explicit consent.
2) In Statutory Circumstances: We may share your user information with external parties as required by laws and regulations, litigation, arbitration needs, or administrative and judicial authorities.
3) To Facilitate Transactions or Resolve Disputes: In some cases, sharing your user information is necessary to facilitate transactions or resolve disputes or controversies between you and others. For example, in a transaction on the Kenpai Technology marketplace, if either party fulfills or partially fulfills the transaction obligations and requests disclosure of information, Kenpai Technology may decide to provide necessary information such as contact details to complete the transaction.
4) With Authorized Partners: We may entrust trusted partners to provide services, so we may share certain user information with partners to provide better customer service and optimize user experience. We will only share the necessary user information for providing services. Our partners are not authorized to use the shared user information for any other purpose.
Currently, our authorized partners include suppliers, service providers, and other partners. We send information to entities that support our business, such as providing basic technical services, consulting, and analytical professional services. We sign strict confidentiality agreements and information protection agreements with entities we share user information with, requiring them to handle user information according to our instructions, this Privacy Policy, and any relevant confidentiality and security measures.
2. Transfer

1) With Explicit Consent: We will transfer your user information to other parties only after obtaining your explicit consent.
2) In the event of mergers, acquisitions, or bankruptcy liquidation involving Kenpai Technology or other legal entities, if user information transfer is involved, we will require the new entity holding your user information to continue adhering to this policy. Otherwise, we will require the new entity to obtain your explicit consent again.
3. Public Disclosure
We will only publicly disclose your user information in the following circumstances:
1) With your explicit consent or based on your active choice, we may publicly disclose your user information;
2) Or to protect the personal and property safety of users of the Kenpai Technology platform and its associated companies or the public from harm, we may disclose your user information in accordance with applicable laws or the relevant agreements and rules of the Kenpai Technology platform. For example, if you sell counterfeit or pirated goods as a cloud market service provider, we may publicly disclose your store's main information and penalty details.
4. Exceptions to obtaining prior authorization for sharing, transferring, or publicly disclosing user information: In the following scenarios, we do not need to obtain your prior authorization to share, transfer, or publicly disclose your user information:
1) Matters related to national security or defense security;
2) Matters related to public safety, public health, or significant public interests;
3) Matters related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and judgment execution;
4) To protect your or another individual's life, property, or other significant legal rights when it is difficult to obtain your consent;
5) Personal information that you have publicly disclosed;
6) Personal information collected from legally disclosed sources, such as legitimate news reports or government information disclosures.
IV. User Business Data and Public Information
Unlike your user information, for user business data and public information, Kenpai Technology will handle them as follows:
1. User Business Data
1) Any data you process, store, upload, download, distribute, or handle through Kenpai Technology services is considered your user business data, which you fully own. As a cloud service provider, Kenpai Technology will strictly follow your instructions to handle your business data and will not use or disclose your business data without authorization, except as agreed upon or required by clear laws and regulations.
2) You are responsible for the source and content of your user business data. Kenpai Technology advises you to carefully evaluate the legality of the data source and content. All consequences and responsibilities arising from violations of laws, regulations, departmental rules, or national policies due to your user business data content will be borne by you.
3) Based on your agreement with Kenpai Technology, we store your user business data in the data center you selected. Kenpai Technology adheres to our security commitments and protects the data stored in our data centers according to applicable laws.
2. Public Information
1) Public information refers to any information you publicly share, which can be viewed or accessed by anyone whether they are using or not using Kenpai Technology website services. For example, information you post on Kenpai Technology forums, domain display pages, etc.
2) When using features like domain display pages or online stores on the Kenpai Technology website, you may need to disclose your personal information, such as phone numbers and email addresses, to potential buyers. Please protect your personal information carefully and only provide it when necessary. If you find your personal information has been leaked, especially if your account or password has been compromised, please contact Kenpai Technology customer service immediately so we can take appropriate measures.
V. Management of User Information
1. You can log into the "Management Center" on the Kenpai Technology website to view and change basic business information (basic profile) and contact information submitted when using Kenpai Technology services.
2. If you need to change the real-name authentication information of your Kenpai Technology account, you can contact Kenpai Technology via work orders or phone calls and submit an application according to our operational documentation.
3. In the following circumstances, you can request us to delete your user information:
1) If our handling of user information violates laws and regulations;
2) If we collect or use your user information without obtaining your explicit consent;
3) If our handling of personal information seriously breaches our agreement with you.
To ensure security, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise verify your identity. We may first require you to verify your identity before processing your request.
VI. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies
1. To ensure the proper operation of the website, provide you with a smoother browsing experience, and recommend content you may be interested in, we store small data files called Cookies on your computer or mobile device. 1. Kenpai Technology places great importance on your information security. We use encryption technology to enhance the security of user information; trusted protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks; access control mechanisms to ensure only authorized personnel can access user information; and we provide security and privacy training to employees to strengthen their awareness of protecting user information.
2. We will take reasonable and feasible measures to avoid collecting irrelevant user information. We will retain your user information only for the duration necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this policy, unless extended retention is required or permitted by law. After the specified retention period, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.
3. Please use complex passwords to assist us in ensuring the security of your account. We will make every effort to protect any information you send to us. If our physical, technical, or management protection facilities are compromised, leading to unauthorized access, public disclosure, alteration, or destruction of information, resulting in damage to your legal rights, we will bear corresponding legal responsibility.
