The complainant (hereinafter referred to as "I" or "we") hereby solemnly declares: all complaints submitted through the Kenpai Technology Online Reporting Platform for Domain Abuse (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Reporting Platform") are valid and have been verified by me/us. Any lawsuits, claims, or demands arising from false complaints shall be borne entirely by me/us in terms of legal and financial liability.

I/we solemnly declare that I/we will not misuse the Online Reporting Platform for malicious complaints; otherwise, any resulting losses shall be fully borne by me/us. I/we further declare that all supporting documents submitted through the Online Reporting Platform are genuine and accurate. If there is any falsification, I/we are willing to bear the penalties for perjury.

I/we acknowledge and agree that clicking the "Confirm Submission" button on the web page signifies my/our acceptance of the entire content of this declaration. This declaration becomes legally binding between me/us and Kenpai Technology upon submission.
