User Service Agreement
(English Translation – for reference only; Chinese version prevails in case of discrepancy)
I. Introduction & Special Reminders
Welcome! By using the Site, you and the Site together conclude this User Service Agreement (“Agreement”).
Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision. To protect your own interests, please read every clause carefully.
When you complete the registration process after filling in the required information, reading and expressly accepting this Agreement, you are deemed to have fully read, understood and accepted the entire Agreement and become a “User”. The Agreement is legally binding on you. If you do not agree with any part of it, you must stop using the Site immediately.
We especially remind you to read carefully the clauses on breach, limitation of liability and dispute resolution.
1.1 Unless expressly provided otherwise, any new product, feature or service launched by us is subject to this Agreement.
1.2 “Services” mean all services the Site provides to you, including but not limited to account creation and management, domain-name registration, trading, transfer, back-order, renewal, etc. Any separate agreement or service-specific rules published by the Site and the Privacy Policy form an integral part of this Agreement. Your acceptance of any such separate document is deemed acceptance of the entire Agreement.
1.3 Clauses on confidentiality, truthfulness of registration information and intellectual property survive termination of this Agreement.
II. Account Registration, Use and Security
2.1 User Eligibility
Before starting to use or register for the Services, you must possess the civil capacity required by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and any other applicable jurisdictions.
If you are a minor, you may use the Site only with the consent of your parent or guardian who shall:
(a) ensure that you fully perform all obligations and liabilities under this Agreement; and
(b) indemnify us for any loss or liability arising from your non-performance or breach and hold us harmless.
2.2 Account
2.2.1 After completing registration you will obtain an account and become a User.
2.2.2 You may log in with the e-mail address and password you set (collectively “Credentials”).
2.3 Registration Information
2.3.1 Truthful and lawful
You must provide complete, accurate and lawful information (name, e-mail, phone, address, etc.). You are solely responsible for the truthfulness and validity of such information and for any inability to register or any loss caused by untrue, incomplete or inaccurate information.
You authorize the Site to verify your identity and phone number with third-party reliable sources such as the National Citizen Identity Information Center and telecom operators.
Your account information (nickname, avatar, bio, etc.) must not contain illegal or harmful content or impersonate any other person. The Site may suspend or terminate any such account and report to the competent authority.
2.3.2 Updates
You must promptly update your information. If we cannot reach you through the last information you provided, or the information is obviously untrue, you shall bear all resulting losses.
2.4 Account Security (Important)
2.4.1 If you register on behalf of another natural person or entity, you must submit complete information and a power of attorney; otherwise the registrant is deemed the User.
2.4.2 One account corresponds to one legal entity only. Without statutory basis, judicial ruling or the Site’s consent, you may not transfer, gift or inherit your account. The account is for your own use only; sharing or lending is prohibited. If unauthorized use occurs, you must notify the Site immediately; otherwise all acts will be deemed yours and you will bear all consequences.
2.4.3 Except where the Site is at fault, you are responsible for all acts under your account. If unauthorized use or risk of loss occurs, notify us promptly; we may freeze the account or take other security measures, but we assume no liability for consequences already arising.
III. Account Freeze, Cancellation and Appeal
3.1 Freeze
Your account or certain functions (e.g., fund or domain transfer-out) may be frozen if:
3.1.1 You undermine or attempt to undermine fair trading (e.g., malicious bidding) or mislead others by using the Site’s name/trademark;
3.1.2 You breach this Agreement, any Site rule, service description or other agreement;
3.1.3 You violate applicable laws, regulations or official documents;
3.1.4 A regulator so requires;
3.1.5 You are complained against with supporting evidence;
3.1.6 The Site reasonably detects abnormal operations, gains or transactions;
3.1.7 You obtain undue benefits;
3.1.8 Any other analogous circumstances.
3.2 Cancellation
3.2.1 If any of the above is severe or required by regulators, the Site may cancel your account (or certain permissions) and will notify you via e-mail, site message, SMS or phone call.
3.2.2 If you have not logged in for 12 consecutive months and there is no transaction or balance, the Site may cancel your account.
3.2.3 Voluntary Cancellation
Reminder: Cancellation does not exempt you from liabilities for acts before cancellation. Once deleted, the account cannot be recovered.
Prerequisites for voluntary cancellation:
a. No active products, balance or outstanding contracts/obligations.
b. You agree:
i. You must submit the request from a secure device and send an email from the registered address; the Site will review each condition.
ii. Cancellation is irreversible; once submitted, the automatic review process cannot be stopped.
iii. If the account is under complaint, investigation or litigation, the Site may terminate the cancellation process without further consent.
iv. The account must be in a secure state (no theft, freeze, or sensitive changes within the past two months).
Consequences of cancellation:
a. We will stop collecting/using your personal data unless required by law (e.g., tax records).
b. We will make your data unsearchable in the ordinary course of business.
c. We have no obligation to restore data or provide further services.
d. After a protection period, anyone may register the same username; the new holder assumes no liability for prior acts.
3.3 Appeal
If your account is frozen, contact online customer service promptly:
3.3.1 You must cooperate and provide truthful identity proof and other documents; we may but are not obliged to accept your appeal.
3.3.2 If you refuse or fail verification, we may keep the account frozen long-term.
IV. Services and Usage Rules
4.1 You are entitled to the Internet technology and information services we provide and must comply with this Agreement and any specific service terms.
4.2 You acknowledge that any points, badges or other derivatives obtained through the Services are not your property (unless expressly stated otherwise); you may use them only in accordance with our rules. You must not use the Services or derivatives for illegal profit or infringe others’ rights.
4.3 You must comply with all applicable laws, industry practices and social ethics and must not store, post, transmit or disseminate any information that:
(1) endangers national security or unity, social stability, public order or morality, or contains insults, defamation, obscenity, violence, gambling, phishing, etc.;
(2) infringes others’ reputation, portrait, IP, trade secrets or other lawful rights;
(3) fabricates facts or conceals truth to mislead or deceive;
(4) distributes advertisements or spam;
(5) harms our commercial interests, including unauthorized commercial ads;
(6) violates any third-party rights;
(7) otherwise violates laws, regulations, policies or social ethics.
4.4 When using the “Message” chat function you must not:
(1) disseminate information listed in 4.3;
(2) collect others’ personal data;
(3) send ads or promotional content that disturb other users;
(4) sublicense the service;
(5) engage in any act without our prior written consent;
(6) violate any laws or regulations.
4.5 Breach of the above may result in suspension, termination or cancellation of your account.
V. User Breach and Remedies (Important)
5.1 A breach occurs if you:
5.1.1 violate applicable laws while using the Services; or
5.1.2 violate this Agreement or any supplemental agreement, rule or policy.
5.2 Remedies
5.2.1 We may immediately suspend, freeze or cancel your account.
5.2.2 If your acts violate laws, we may report to competent authorities and provide relevant records.
5.3 Indemnity
You shall indemnify us and our affiliates for all losses (including direct and indirect losses, goodwill, damages, settlements, attorney fees, litigation costs, etc.) arising from your unlawful or breach acts. If third parties claim against us, we may seek full indemnity from you after settling with such third parties.
VI. Scope and Limitation of Liability (Important)
6.1 You must comply with Hong Kong and all applicable laws and must not use the Services to infringe others’ reputation, privacy, IP or other rights.
6.2 Any information you upload or post (e.g., identity, contact) is provided by you and you bear full responsibility.
6.3 We are not liable for unauthorized use of your account or credentials caused by your own fault, including but not limited to:
6.3.1 poor custody of your phone or ID;
6.3.2 overly simple password;
6.3.3 password reuse across platforms leading to credential-stuffing attacks;
6.3.4 account compromise due to employee departure or partnership termination.
6.4 To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect, punitive, special or consequential damages (including loss of business, revenue, profit, data, goodwill or other economic benefits) arising out of or related to this Agreement, even if we were advised of the possibility. This limitation applies even if any exclusive remedy fails of its essential purpose.
6.5 Except as otherwise provided herein or in a specific product/service agreement, our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the fees we actually received from you for the specific service in dispute.
VII. Confidentiality
We undertake to keep confidential any information you submit during registration or use of the Services and will not disclose it to third parties except:
7.1 as permitted by this Agreement or other agreements between you and us;
7.2 as required by applicable laws or competent authorities;
7.3 the information is already public or becomes public through no fault of ours.
VIII. Amendment and Termination of the Agreement
8.1 We may amend this Agreement or supplemental agreements at any time in accordance with changes in laws or Services. The amended version will be published prominently on the Site (via system notice, pop-up, etc.). If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services from the effective date of the amendment; continued use constitutes acceptance.
8.2 This Agreement terminates upon account cancellation or mutual agreement to terminate the Services.
8.3 Post-termination
8.3.1 We are not obliged to disclose any information in your account unless required by law, but may retain other content you posted.
8.3.2 We may still pursue your liabilities for past breaches.
IX. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Miscellaneous
9.1 This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
9.2 If any clause is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
