VII. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: My domain/website was ordered to stop service by the authorities. I have submitted an application for service resumption, but why hasn't it been restored/reactivated?
A: The service resumption of domains/websites ordered to stop by relevant authorities requires explicit permission from the issuing authority before we can restore/reactivate the service. Kenpai Technology cannot privately restore/reactivate your domain/website service without receiving the service resumption notification from the authorities. Please contact the higher-level government department to apply for service resumption.
Q: Why did my domain/website service stop without me receiving any notification?
A: Normally, we notify via email. If you did not receive the notification, please check if your contact email is correct and whether you have added Kenpai Technology's email addresses to your whitelist. For serious cases or domains requiring immediate shutdown as per higher-level notifications, we need to handle it directly.
Q: I was scammed, and the scam website used domain/website services provided by Kenpai Technology. What should I do?
A: Kenpai Technology is only a domain registration service provider, and the website content is operated by users. We recommend reporting to the police with relevant materials: copy of business license, ID card of the legal representative, proof of identity of the legal representative, letter of introduction, and ID card copy of the reporter (specific details should be consulted with the police). You can also report to higher-level authorities.
